The NRC Neighborhood Leadership Academy (NLA) is pleased to present a Spring Workshop with South Bend Code Enforcement.
That’s set for 9:30 a.m. until noon on May 20 in the Seifert Gallery at the Colfax Cultural Center, and is open to the public.
